• 30-Minute Stop (Drive-Thru Only): Upon request, we offer a complimentary 30-minute stop at a grocery store or fast food restaurant (e.g., In-N-Out) en route to your Disneyland area hotel. Please note: Grocery stops are not available if your arrival is after 9:30 PM, your flight is delayed, or time constraints prevent us from accommodating the next scheduled guest.

• Bottled Water: Chilled bottled water is provided for your comfort during the ride.

Child Safety Seats: We offer 5-point front/rear toddler car seats and booster seats upon request.

• Drivers install the car seat prior to pickup.
  
• For safety and liability reasons, drivers do not handle toddlers or make seat adjustments.
  
• We recommend that parents verify proper installation with the driver before departure.
  
• Infant car seats are not provided—please bring your own.
  
• Valid convertible and booster seats are available upon request, subject to availability.
  
• Please refer to our website for the make and model of the car seat provided.​
  
• Note: Child seats expire 5–6 years from the manufacturer date.

• Get additional $10.00 discount for all return customers (One way - $5.00, Round trip - $10.00)
  
• Additional $15.00 charge for international flight passenger pick up from airport (excluding Canada)
  
• Full Refund: If you cancel 3 hours prior to pick up date & time. (Not refundable card transaction fee from merchant bank)
• ​If you or any party members are handicapped/disabled, please mention it within the Special Request secton. Our drivers cannot lay a hand on handicapped/disabled clients due to liability issues. Providing assistance is solely the party members' responsibilities. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained on and off the vehicle.
• ​Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued if you do so at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. (Transaction fee from the merchant bank is non-refundable)​​

Passenger Capacity Notice
Pricing is based per vehicle, with a maximum capacity of up to 6 passengers. Due to seating and luggage limitations, we are no longer able to accommodate 7 passengers in a single vehicle.
If your party includes more than 6 passengers, please arrange for two vehicles to ensure comfort and compliance with safety standards.

​Airport Pickup Policy – Curbside Only
Please note that curbside pickup is the only available option at the following airports: BUR, LAX, LGB, and SNA.
Due to ongoing construction at LAX, the parking system now requires advanced reservations for on-site access, and associated costs have increased significantly. Additionally, the other airports are experiencing limited parking availability and higher flight volumes,making access to parking lots extremely challenging.
To ensure timely service and avoid delays, all pickups will be conducted curbside.
